Returns & Refunds
At BYS Pilates, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us through our Contact Form on our website.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as received
- in its original packaging
- with all accessories included
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- used items
- damaged items caused by customer misuse
- items without original packaging
- items returned without prior approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos or videos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution if the issue is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Form.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
